It's a recurring theme that Brent does. What friends do vs what best friends do. In this one he's saying if someone's in the shower and they're only a friend, you'll hand them a towel with your eyes shut, but if they're a best friend, you're not shy, you'll get in the shower with them.

Eva guessed herself which confirms that they were having sex (unless she lied obviously) and then he turned the question around by saying it was Ben because “they slept in a hotel room together.”
Not lied... they’ve all “slept together”, but only in the YouTube “handcuffed to my crush for 24hrs” sense (his next video is “married to my crush for 24hrs”. Brent hasn’t hooked up with any of his beards other than on camera for clicks.
