I've corresponded with him on a number of occasions and he's never been anything other than super friendly and kind. He's never come across as damaged, depressed or unhappy. Hypersexual? Maybe. It is possible for a person to go through hardship in life -and- still enjoy having sex afterwards. In fact sometimes a person's response to hardship or loss is to live his or her life with even more urgency--knowing that this party could end at any time. There are way worse things he could be addicted to than having encounters with hot/hung men whilst traveling the world and supporting himself financially in the process. If he's "looking for connection" then he's certainly not alone. He's young--what else is he supposed to be doing if not sowing his wild oats? Should he get married? Become a nun? I WISH I'd had this kid's life when I was his age!
