No. Eddie and Dylan are not actually brothers.
Now, in the past eddie used to cam with his brother yes. (No they never did anything with each other) but his brother stopped appearing on cam.

Eddie and his brother lived together earlier in his camguy career, and my impression is the latter was intrigued by the easy money but discovered it wasn't something he was interested in doing long-term. Shame, he was hot.
Eddie's brother was the hotter and more interesting of the two.
