I began celery seeds earlier this week. I can definitely tell my boner is stronger and more sensitive to stimulation, which makes sex so much more fun. On the downside I have to say edging is more difficult haha! Don't know about the precum, as I leak a good amount already.

I haven't posted here in a long time, but I've been testing out new supplements in addition to celery seed and I'm proud to report I've found a regiment which works absolutely perfectly for me. I'll detail it now.

1. Jelqing.
While primarily a PE exercise, another benefit of this practice is improved erection quality. I used to jelq for about a year in my 20s and did grow a half inch in length, but quit due to penis discoloration. I'm no longer interested in PE, but I'm now at an age where some "maintenance." is required. I will do roughly a half hour of jelqing, and then follow that up with two entire days of the all important healing time.

2. Beet chewables.
A new, yet massive thing I started trying. The beet supplement provide nitrates which increase blood flow, both to the brain and down below - and frankly I find blood flow to the brain is equally important to good sexual arousal. While the bottle says to take two a day, I find just one right as I'm heading to work is more than enough. Indeed, I only take them on days I work because I find taking them on the weekend leaves me with too much energy not burning, which results in a mild headache.

3. Celery seed.
Others have said in this same thread that taking the seed too frequently will just result in an overdose and then the stuff won't do anything for you. I feel there is truth to this. I'm now taking the seed in a very rationed manner: one-half teaspoon every two days. Doing this still brings all the benefits of the seed I like, such as consistently large, low-hanging balls, and increased libido. I tend to get the most noticable stimulation 5-7 hours after ingesting, but that tingly buzz will remain for up to 36 hours.

The results of these three things combined has been phenomenal. The cliche line is "I feel like I'm in my 20s again. but really I think I feel better than that. My erections are back to being hard as stone, and I achieve them in less time that I would in my 20s. I feel stimulated all the time, and I'm almost always walking around with a chub in my pants. I've also been waking up nearly every night with powerful morning wood, which is something that didn't even happen to me that frequently as a teenager. I have another couple things to say. I know I said I no longer care about penis enlargement, but I just did something I quite literally haven't done in 14 or 15 years, which is take a tape measure to measure my girth. Back then I was at 5.2 inches erect circumference. I just measured at 5.6 :D

I'm sure some of that growth has been slow building over the years, but no doubt a good deal of that is recent gains from my intense jelqing in the past few weeks. There was one thing I forgot to mention in my last post, its that nitrates from the beet supplements also add to blood vessel elasticity, meaning the risk of injury from jelqing is greatly reduced. Indeed, I've only had one small vessel burst since I've picked up the practice again.

Do not understand wrong, I am not gonna belittle you. That's a pretty nice measure anyway, and you should be proud of it! (And excuse my English, as it's not my native language.)

But... 0,4 inch or 1 cm change in circumference is not too much. I experience similar, and it chances depending on many factors. Most important ones seem to be the level of arousal and the general well-being of the day. The good news is, as celery seeds support stiff erections, I can reach my max more often. Probably you are doing the same thing? Anyway, enjoy your 5,6 inch!
 
Well I'll say this, Cumulus. I assume you're aware of the toilet paper roll test? Back then when I was measuring at 5.2 in, I could still snugly slip my cock through a TP roll. Now? I can't do it anymore, so that alone shows how .4 inches can still make a world of difference, and it feels great.

So I took the seeds for a while and didn't really see a big difference. Probably at the very beginning but it was more of a placebo effect I believe.

I've never had issues with precumming anyways, so not that I needed it, but still wanted to try. I am getting older though, so a decrease in arousal is starting to happen.

What has helped me is the zinc tablets. I know there are some side effects and we're not supposed to take more than a certain amount per day, but I've been taking them for a while, and while the volume of precum or semen hasn't increased, I do feel like I get hard easier than before, and even the morning woods have returned.

Another thing that also helps the precum flow is this new (to me) lube I found at Target

Again, I don't know if it's just the placebo effect, but it supposedly has horny goat weed, ashwagandha and black cohosh. I don't really use it as my main lube, I just apply a few drops to begin with, focusing on the head of the penis, and then a little bit I spread throughout the shaft and balls, kinda "let it work" for a minute and then I start masturbating with my usual lube which is unscented mineral oil.

I don't really feel anything in particular, for example I tried another one by Astroglide that was supposed to be stimulant, but that one just feels like a watered down menthol. After reading all the success stories of celery seed here, I decided to try them again. I tried taking celery seed extract supplements a few years ago, but it didn’t do anything for me. I’m mostly after more precum, and I’ve had success with Pygeum definitely increasing my precum production, but I need to cycle Pygeum as if I take it for more than 2 weeks at time, the effects wear off and I actually start producing less than normal for me precum.

Anyway, I decided to try celery seed extract again, but a different brand and dosage. Wow, what a difference! Now I’m getting much more precum, a definite increase in sex drive, my cum is thinner, whiter, and I shoot further than before, and I swear my flaccid size is bigger. I started taking celery seed extract 3 weeks ago, and the effects were noticeable after a few days, but kept increasing over the first week or two. I happened to start the celery seeds at the start of my Pygeum off cycle, so I know the effects were from the celery seeds. Now this week, I’m back on the Pygeum cycle with the celery seeds, and the precum flow is amazing. The combination of both Pygeum and celery seeds probably doubled my precum production. Other supplements I’m taking now are: fenugreek, Tribulus, and mucuna pruriens. I’m pretty sure only the celery seeds and Pygeum are driving my crazy high precum output, but the others are helping my sex drive and overall hornyness. I’m 51 and feel like I’m in my early 20’s again. My wife loves it too as we’re having sex much more often than before.

Next up I want to do some experiments measuring my cum loads both on and off celery seeds to see if it makes a real difference there. But right now, I’m having too much fun on it. BTW, no bad side effects with any of these supplements I’m taking. At least for me.
 
Thanks for sharing all this information. It’s good to experiment. I got some pineapple juice which is supposed to enhance the flavor and sweetness of the semen ejaculate. I’m not sure what the best timing is to take that. I find it hard to measure all the factors in a scientific way that impulse or circumstance, strike in a very uncontrolled experiment!

I think diet definitely makes a difference in taste & volume. But the biggest difference I’ve noticed is that the first load I blow will be much sweeter with more fluid volume and the second ejaculation in the same day will be less volume and bitter.
