I used to do the towel dance but at some point I felt silly trying to change beneath a towel. I found that just letting it all hang out is much more efficient in terms of time management. Nobody seems to have issue with guys being nude in the lockerroom so I figured what the hell. I don't have an issue with people that look. It's natural for people to look out of curiosity. Firstly, at home it's just me and the wife now and we've never had any inhibitions about changing clothes or seeing each other naked. If we have family or friends staying then we cover up. My daughters or their husbands seeing us naked would just be weird.
At the locker room I'm happy changing in the open and make no effort to cover up. If I've sweated out five miles on the treadmill or gone ten rounds with an angry punch bag, then even after showering it takes a while to cool down. So I like being naked for a good twenty minutes before dressing, it's the best feeling after a workout. I'll admit to enjoying being seen naked but don't consider myself an exhibitionist.
