He definitely above average in intelligence, not necessarily an intellectual. But he is always asking his guests questions and being honest when he is not familiar with a term or subject or doesn't understand a response, which is how one truly learns. He's honest to to himself and his listeners.

I wouldn't call him an intellectual either. I'd call him intellectually curious like Joe Rogan which is the best that the other 95% can achieve and that is okay.
Douglas Murray and Jordan Peterson are actual intellectuals. If you don't like them, or the "manosphere", that's fine. Don't think about it.
