As a teenager, when I first started going to England, I had the impression that it was more common to be circumcised in the UK than in France, from what I saw in locker rooms, showers, and that went for teenagers too.

Now I'm not so sure.

There may be regional differences. There certainly are in France. In Paris, it's uncommon, but you will usually see a couple of cut cocks in the showers after workout. But in small towns it's very rare indeed.

I am from the UK and circumcised. I was done at age 19 after being diagnosed with a tight foreskin. My foreskin wouldent go back over the head when my cock was erect. I considered stretching but opted in the end for circumcision. I'd like to say no regrets but I do often wonder whether sex would be better with a foreskin as I now need to always use lube as it seems I was circumcised in the low and tight style and there is not loads of excess skin when im fully erect.

I echo others here in thinking we fall into a minority in the UK. And I find it interesting to share stories with others who were cut later on in life.

Sorry that is stupid. Baby boys don't make decisions nor do toddlers unless it is throwing their food away and peeing against a wall. Parents have rights. You in San Diego can make all the decisions about you as you like but if you go around making decisions for parents about their children over which you have no rights to do so, you'll likely find your head circumcised at the neck. Now when you produce your own sons, make your decisions.

No baby boys don't but adults do, and it is his human right to make that decision over this unnecessary elective surgery when he becomes an adult because once it's cut off there is no going back, and by the way I do have a son and he is intact so if he would like to have a circumcision he can if he chooses to, and be nice, what I said is not stupid
