Some of you circumcised guys don't know how well you have had it being circumcised since you were born. I wasn't circumcised at birth. I have experienced being UNcircumcised. Believe me circumcised is way much better. You don't have that smelly smegma collecting on your dick head. It has to be washed off daily to avoid the smell.
The loosely circumcised men, who's foreskin can cover partially the glans or even just wrinckled behind that, (most of the circumcision is that type, not the tight in flaccid type) and have a piece of innerskin, can produce smegma on that way if wouldn't be circumcised, because the partially covered glans and innerskin interaction is the same as if it were full length. So, should wash the foreskin avoid the smell. (Tht is an argue next to the low and tight circumcision, but it i an other topic about the styles effects.)
And that's a good reason parents should request a nice and tight one, regardless of positioning

Circumcision should be solely the choice of the individual at an adult age, RIC should not be a thing nor championed as some great miracle
But at the RIC maybe the most trained circumciser is just guess how big ill be the developed penis. That is why the most leave it loose because if too tight could cause painfull erection, curved pens, reduce the lenght. Certainly independently from that facts the parents could ask or the circumciser just do it, maybe just simple used bigger tool than the size required. (It is an argue next to the late circumcision, just like in the islam, after 6. Or more better to let to the individual adult.)
