That looks like a high and tight circ, probably done with a Gomco clamp.

It’s high because the circ scar is fairly far down your shaft, leaving a significant amount of inner foreskin. And it’s tight because you don’t have a lot of extra shaft skin. Even when soft it doesn’t look like there’s much skin bunched up, just some slight wrinkling. And a Gomco circ leaves a distinctive darker brown ring scar line.

My scar was much darker when I was younger but has faded quite a bit over the years. I still have frenulum skin from my glans to my scar and it is exquisitely pleasurable as is the inner forskin. Any touch there or on my pubic area causes my penis to reflex forward and gives me immense pleasure in my penis ligaments and through my belly and around my heart region. The full length and circumference of my shaft from my frenulum down and over my entire scrotum gives me exquisite pleasure when licked or brushed with wet facial stubble. I don't like lots of stimulation to the glans itself because its a sensation overload but that doesnt seem to be an issue when I am fucking but then most of my pleasure is focused on inner thighs and prostate. I do not think I am pleasure deprived from having been circumcised.
