Most circumcisions, manly the low results, contains the frenulum removal as well, preventing the tear downin teen ags when the penis start to develope and the first serious erection has started. Maybe yours wasn't so significant that the circumciser thought it could cause problem.

I agree about the urinating issue. I have to pull back the foreskin for a straight steam, but I sorta like the uncut look when I’m flaccid.
