I'd say high and tight. You've got quite a bit of foreskin left. Low and tight the scar would be closer to the glans. You've got more foreskin left then most and a nearly intact frenum.
dubstepguy...I would say high and tight...mine is very similar to you but I have a moderate low tight cut...

Common style in our country is dorsal slit. For me it works quite well as the extra skin does give me enough room to grow without lookin too stiff:-D
Has anyone ever come across a style of circumcision that removes only outer skin? Specifically, removing enough of the outer skin nearest the base of the penis to expose the glans and inner skin? Everything else (frenulum, rigid band, ect) would be untouched. Theoretically, given enough time, this hypothetical style could be restored to an uncut state. As only outer skin was removed, almost all of the sensitive nerves would be preserved. Anyone?

I'm not a verified member, so I can't see the full size images, but it looks lower, though some inner skin remains. Can't discern your tightness, but to be considered tight, there shouldn't be any skin movement when erect (and in some extreme cases, even flaccid).
I'd say you're both tight. the degree of how high it is depends on how much outer vs. inner skin is removed. To a lesser extent, ones own anatomy has an influence (i.e. how much inner skin one has to begin with). I don't believe it's too common, but I've seen dicks with inner skin covering nearly the whole shaft. In the classical 'high and tight' styles, the transition from inner to outer skin can be anywhere from a few cm up the shaft, to nearly half way.
It is tight when I am erect and only a little movement with no skin touchin my head when I am soft. Maybe there is an inbetween?

AFTER LOOKING AT THE SITE WWW.CIRCLIST.COM, i HAVE FOUND THAT MINE IS HIGH AND TIGHT. IT HAS A NICELY DEFINED "RING" DARK SCAR. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A LARGE DISCOLORED SCARRED AREA JUST BEHIND THE HEAD. THE AREA WAS PINKISH AND THE SCAR VERY WHITE. GOT LOTS OF TEASING AT THE URINALS IN SCHOOLS AND EVEN SOME SEXUAL PARTNERS WOULDN'T DO ORAL !! FINALLY HAD A 3-COLOR FLAME TATTOO TO COVER THE SCARRED AREA AND NOW IAM SATISFIED WITH THE LOOK ! CHECK OUT MY GALLERY PICS.
