I was cut as an adult and have kept my foreskin retracted before being circumcised. Uncircumcised penises do have a urine smell but usually you cannot smell it when people are fully clothed. Most uncircumcised men are not aware of that smell either.

My experience of uncircumcised penises, including my previous self, was that the urine smell is always there no matter how thoroughly you clean it. In addition, the glans of many uncircumcised penises are often poorly developed due to tight foreskin.
