Cold head???

I have an extension device that i use almost daily. The problem is, it is instructed to wear it for 4 hours a day but when i wear it for nearly an hour the head of my penis gets cold to the touch. I dont know if this is anything to even worry about, but it bothers me for some reason. Anyone else with a stretching device have the same thing or know the reason why?

The reason is it is being robbed of blood. You could get gangrene and die -- or lose your penis.

It sounds like it's too tight. I wouldn't use it anymore, the bloodstream to your penis shouldn't be cut of for more than a couple of minutes. Tops!

^^i thought of the circulation thing, but even if i stood up for a while or loosened the device it was still that way...

very dangerous! not enough blood reach your head. Don't use it again ask for help to the suppliers.

Since you did not mention it, I don't know what type of extention
device you are using, but I assume it has some sort of wrapping
involved. However, what ever it is, either you are using it in an
incorrect manner, or you are wrapping too tightly, which can cause
a loss of blood supply to the area. This is very dangerous and you
should stop what you are doing immediately until you discover the
problem.

Hopefully a LPSG Moderator, or better yet, one of the LPSG members who is a physician (and I know there are a few) will chime in and help you.
Also, as was mentioned by Tom Aqua, you might contact the
customer service for you extention device for help. What ever you
do, stop until you know have to eleviate your problem.

yah thanks for your help, i had only used it a couple times because of that and it worried me, but im deffnot using it again until i get it figured out.

I can wear it like this for over 2 hours. The head does not get cold. I can milk blood to the head because it is not too tight.

It is normal for the glans to become cold, the stretched shaft reduces the size of the veins and blood vessels and the noose restricts further the amount of blood able to get to the glans.
I use an extender with a vacextender attachment from www.autoextender.com which allows better circulation to the glans, however I still remove it every 30-45minutes to massage the blood to warm things up.

It's not ok for the head to be cold. Try wrapping it adhesive bandage first like I did.

I tried the shirt in the past, but the adhesive bandage is different. It helps stick to the skin, but you barely notice it.

That is right. If the head is cold, something has to be changed. That is why I switched to the adhesive (elastic-) bandage.

No, it does not hurt. The adhesive bandage does not stick to the skin like the regular band aide.
