It's not Colton and I highly doubt that person is a celebrity. They're just seeking attention and more traffic to their OF page.
i'm pretty sure we've already discussed this a few pages back when the whole thing came out, and came to 2 conclusions. 1-that's not colton. 2-chances are that's not a celebrity at all and they're doing that do get numbers. pretty sure zackybro has also claimed similar shit, because he knows it'll get views and get people talking

That sounds like it's from a non-native English speaker... So definitely not Colton... Think about it... If Colton really wanted to chat with you on a different account why wouldn't he just message you from his account and then tell you to continue on the other account?
I would report them, why else would they be impersonating a celebrity if it wasn't going to be some sort of scam?
