I disagree completely. If a cis woman was intersex by nature and had a penis or a cis woman wore a strap on. It makes no difference. It's still straight sex. I'd say the line crosses when men don't care about their partners gender and care more about femininity. As a trans person myself I've met different types of men into trans women. They don't care about what gender their partner is but care more about how they present themselves. These men are finsexual. They are exclusively attracted to femininity.
