Corbin Fisher

They were two of my favorites when this scene was released but I was really disappointed with it  felt like it fell short of its potential
I was never a fan of Zebs although he was good performer and he was nice looking lad and those eyes though. His appearance was when the guys were fit as

Jeez CF and SC were able to have the pick of the crop of newcomer and hot models weren't they.

We have a special holiday episode coming up this year that'll rock your world. But for now, let's congratulate Eli, Chris, Rocky, and Calan for earning themselves a 2024 GayVN Award nomination for Best Group Sex Scene with last year's XXXMas Pandemoanium!

What if I make a wild guess about that coming up special holiday episode ...

What if I guess it was recorded a few months ago ...

What if it features a model that paid a visit to the studio then ...

I guess that would rock the world of many visiters here. Right?

I know there's mixed feelings on here, but today's scene is steamy, and I want a thick, sweaty, hairy Dallen on top of me

I do enjoy the After Dark episodes because the lighting is more intimate and realistic, but I hate when they make them look directly at the camera with a bright af light shining in their face. Uncomfortable for the whole team.

Dallen is a great model. Love his dark hair and light eyes, that's a weakness for me (Zeb, Grant, Sebastian, etc) I also like Dallen's full lips as well. Not the biggest fan of Finn's, but I love an After Hours scene so I'll check this one out.

I can see that, I've always found it hot, but it's definitely not one of the best scenes from either guy. That pic is so hot to me, it might get me off harder than the scene itself :joy:

I won't get my hopes up, but I would probably combust if the special holiday episode had Josh....would be in absolute ecstasy.

It most likely has to do with the wintery Rocky, Chris, Dallen and Grayson photoshoot, but it will be interesting to see what it ends up being!

When I open the ROSTER on CF’s website I get to see a total of 37 pages, showing 20 models on each page (less than 20 on the last page).
The default order is according to popularity. I have no idea how this sequence is determined, but I can understand that the models appearing on the first few pages might be the most popular ones.

Even though I understand that personal preferences of subscribers might be at play here, a total surprise to me are the models Graham and Kevin, both on page 3!!! This Kevin only did a solo and one str8 scene, both published in June 2011.
Same goes for this Graham: only a solo and one str8 scene, both from December 2016. He even is one position higher in popularity than Connor and Dawson :worried:.
I'm inclined to say that these two would be models that almost everybody would have completely forgotten about. How on earth can they end up so high in the order of popularity?????

Going through the pages, I noticed more peculiarities.

Roman is on page 22 !?

Is there a logical explanation for this?

I suppose that, however the system works, it takes time for newer models to reach a higher position. But … Eli on page 25, Tyler on page 28, Dallen on page 29, Liam on page 31 !?

Disclaimer:
the system probably is dynamic, so the positions on the list today are not necessarily those of tomorrow.

Even since posting this, Kevin’s position has dropped. I never understood who they determined the ranking of popularity. I think perhaps it has to do with how subscribers rate videos but there’s definitely some odd names/faces high on the list and some that are lower than they should be.

That's what I thought would be a logical system, but I don't think that can explain how models with only a solo scene and one str8 scene can end up on page 3.
Like you said: some odd names/faces.
I think it's impossible that these models could have such a huge fan base to explain this supposed popularity.

Maybe the algorithms are corrupt?

Maybe they just don’t give weight to the number of ratings? Like those anomaly models could have like 8 ratings but they’re all high whereas someone like Dawson (who has a lot of scenes) could have 5000 ratings which would inevitably be more varied, and could drop him lower in rank than the other models.

It seems really likely that "popularity" is just based on the average ratings that subscribers have given the models, or else an average of the ratings that were given to their scenes.

When Kevin appeared in 2011, there was a lot of excitement because he (or someone who looked a hell of a lot like him) had appeared, sometimes masked, in a bunch of artsy underground gay videos about a character called The Black Spark that went viral on Tumblr in 2010. It was a big, strange phenomenon. I suspect that had a lot to do with his popularity right off the bat.

I would definitely have given Kevin 5 stars immediately back in 2011. Hell yeah, I want to see more of this cutie!

The other thing that might help a short-term model keep a high average rating is that no one has time to get tired of them, so they don't accumulate a bunch of low ratings that could change their average.

Yeah, it's definitely hard to believe the ratings when Brayden is on page 10, Colt is on page 15, Kellan is on page 17, Travis is on page 18, etc...maybe their algorithm tells a different story, but from what I can see with my own eyes of what people talk about on different platforms/sites/etc, they are most certainly not that low. Even on a random page like 33, you have three-star models ranking ahead of five-star models. Heck, it seems like 85 percent of the site are five-star models.

Just strange all around.

Yes, I definitely think your explanation can be correct. It may explain the strange order.
I don't know about you, but I have difficulty with the fairness of such a system. I think the number of votes should count. But it is what it is.

Damn, The Black Spark ... I remember that mystique character.
I never new about a possible connection with a CF model.
Has it ever been confirmed that is was this Kevin?
Might explain why he left CF again so quickly.
