And … can somebody ‘translate’ this passage from the write-up into understandable language please? What the heck are they saying (what does it mean)?

This write-up though makes things very confusing.

My term “get fucked first time” referred to bottoming first time
At CF, you almost never see a guy bottoming for the first time on camera. Usually, new models start by topping a few boring bottoms, doing some bi scenes in the top role before they eventually bottom.
The only exceptions are when a new guy has already bottomed extensively on other websites, OF or if he’s not particularly attractive. In those cases, they can’t market him as "new" to cheat viewers, so they skip the usual setup
