I wouldn't say it's because he's a "bodybuilding popular star". There are other guys who are also popular on social media that have an active onlyfans, or they're an ex pornstar. For David it's just a choice and probably regret not to do it anymore.
Also, just because David has several million followers on social media, doesn't necessarily make him a bodybuilding "star".
There's a big difference between someone who's a well-known bodybuilder worldwide that built their reputation off of not only their name but their physique and what they represent in the fitness industry. In the fitness industry as a whole when they talk about bodybuilding Stars David's Laid's name is not on top of the list if on the list at all. He's just one of many young popular hot guys on social media who's into fitness.

For all, doing the onlyfans thing is all about making that extra money, not because these hot guys care about showing everyone how horny they are.
