I honestly think that since there isn't any standardized or agree upon categorization of the differences between big, large, huge, gigantic etc. whether something is considered to be big or huge is relative to who is doing the judging at the time. Example :
A 6.5" x 5" -> volume index = 12.67
A 6" x 5.25" -> volume index = 12.90 ( even that it is 0.5" shorter and only 0.25" more girth, more volume )

That's one of the many reasons why many women prefer girth over lenght.
