If you are talking about amateur porn, I don't know the answer...but I have a very hard time believing amateur porn would focus on some vaginal discharge after the fact as a feature

When I did cam work I sometimes used a lube that specifically looked like cum. It made for a good visual, if someone was into that kinda thing.
