Yes actually, and I assume you are talking about its elemental form as opposed to something like H2O. I've used liquid diatomic oxygen many times in the lab and I can assure you it is very visible! Of course, there are many ways to prove oxygen exists without seeing it directly by observing how it interacts with its surroundings and making educated conclusions.
As for an 11" dick, well that does require at least some photo evidence. Unless you can find a dick-print on someone's
mattress that resembles such an object, but that brings in a lot more uncertainty.
I have a few publications where I could go over how I've used the scientific method in my research if you are interested, this thread doesn't seem like the right place though.

Strange way to prove 11 inch penises exists. Even the measurements read lower numbers. And then there of course is the way this ‘measurement’ is performed. Not sure how you manage to get clothes that fit. Maybe make someone hold it before a mirror for you while you move back several meters to see how it looks?

As much as I do think that there's probably no chance of penises with double-digit inches of length existing, there's also that guy in Mexico who had an abnormally long foreskin (48cm/19" iirc). I know foreskin isn't "the penis", but I guess a lot is possible.

Best we've believably seen is in the upper 8" range, not quite hitting 9". That lines up with the statistics and the distribution. 7" is already 97-99 percentile. So is an 11 inch dick impossible? I'd say no, with how well connected the world is today if one comes along we'll all know about it. That's precisely the reason to be skeptical. No one has even hit 9 yet. 11?
If it does happen, it'll be some genetic anomaly or medical condition; like the boy who had the first penis reduction surgery because of his sickle-cell priapism. His penis reportedly looked like a nerf football pre-surgery.

i think there are verifyable 9.5 inch dicks posted on the internet. so the question is, what are the odds that given the sample size of posted dick pics that there would be one over an inch longer. you have to know the distribution, but most in the world have fat tails. i would say odds are better than 50% but I haven't done numbers and dont know distributions. i wonder if anyone has ever done standard distreibution fitting to reliable study data.
