I wear underwear at work, but that's it. I find issues with finding a proper fit with my waist size verses my junk size. Basically the underwear that i wear to work is too tight in the crotch.
Almost all the time, best way to go.

I prefer commando, but at times feel it is best to wear something. I have used the jockey pouch style, and have ordered one out of Ireland that is suppose to be as good as commando. I will see next week. The trick for me is to get a pouch big enough with some support.
I guess I am in the "often" camp when it comes to going commando. I love to hang loose, feels great and do it as much as possible. It is particulalry great when I have my cock ring on or my ball stretcher. At home I am usually either commando or totally nude, I have mates who are similar to me and we hang together like this. In public I tend to go comando when in joggers and really do not give a f^*k who notices my cock bouncing around. In jena sit is less comfortable although do it sometimes as well. After a long gym session I usually go home commando afterwards, but that is only if I have worn my underwear under my shorts and they are wet from the sweat, many times I will also go commando in the gym as well.
It depends. If it is going to be stinking hot, 40 celius, I will wear underwear. Going out you have to be conscious of your package and its imprint. I don't need to advertise, and I am rather prudish in public places. At home, I never wear underwear. Saves time not having to wash the things.
