I thought I've explained this. You need to understand a bit about physiology for this to make sense, but here it is quite simply put. Remember that your penis when flaccid is actually contracted. The release of Nitrogen oxide from your brain when sexually stimulated tells cells in your tri-chamber to relax and allow blood to flow inside. This is your opportunity to put more blood in than would otherwise be permissible by 1) breaking cells open and and repairing them or 2) increasing the volume of blood that can be held within. This is why PE is possible, but not for everyone. This is also why dual-methodologies work best when exercising any part of the body. You need to find out what works for you. NO production in some males is less than others (there are pills for this, commonly called Enzyte and crap). Vacuum pumping is effective because it causes two separate things to happen, both expansion followed by explosion. This is also why there is greater cell damage from people over-pumping. It's difficult to stretch cells to increase volume and in fact tearing the cells open is how lengthening works. Jelqing, like pumping tears cells open and pushes more blood in at the same time, slow, but effective. Ejaculating ceases the release of neurotransmitters to the penis to relax and it begins to contract again, pushing all the blood you exhausted your body pushing into the tri-chamber. Imagine lifting heavy weights for a single bicep, followed by giving blood. Not too smart, but massaging helps with possible blood trauma biproducts such as increase cell division and testosterone accountability.
