yeah i'm pretty sure they have that in america. i know at least they do for college. you've ever heard of a show called community? it's a sitcom about a bunch of adults that went to a community college much later in life because they didn't get to go at 18. so i'm sure there's also some type of program to help people finish highschool.
but i seriously doubt they have any interest in going back to school. takes away too much of their freedom, just like a regular job would. so they're more likely to be trying to do more behind the scenes type work that keeps them in the industry and makes good money but doesn't require much work
