Jacob was trying to sell it. The video was apparently sent to him by Dylan. Jacob got catfished by Jackson's fans and was exposed. I don't think Jacob sent the video to anyone.

See this is why I come to this forum. I just learned something new. I knew that Jacob was trying to sell a sex tape of Dylan but I didn't know it was of Dylan and Jackson. Just when I think Dylan can't be any worse of a human being.
