I got the impression he was older than Dylan but I don't think we could say how much older.
Could have been later 20's too.
Dylan is into twinks or daddies. Hard to be sure, I agree, but fairly safe to assume much older than... his 19 or 20 yo self.

Someone had a photo of the guy. I believe he was foreign and looked like he was in his 20s or early 30s max.
Looks != age. You look far younger than your age, for example, assuming that's you in the avatar.
Their was no photo or identifying detail.
