Okay, so I'm going to move forward with this journey, and I've decided the next spirit we're going to visit is the earth spirit. I know we've visited the forest spirit, and it would be easy to assume they are the same entity...but that would be a mistake. The forest thrives on the earth, but the earth itself has been there long before plants and animals covered its surface. It is full of stone, sand, and mud...it is the base upon which all we know is built and sits.

When I think of the earth, I picture (obviously) earth tones—rich, vibrant shades of brown and stone. I also envision the tribes of Indigenous peoples who have always maintained such a close connection to the earth itself.

Though the earth is abundant around us and beneath us, one must trek to a sacred place to deeply connect with it and summon this spirit. It requires a calm, steady mind and peaceful constitution to speak to it and maintain a connection. The journey is long and difficult, taking us to a canyon, still being forged through the arduous process of erosion.

After the ritual is complete, I am met with...silence. No sound reaches me beyond the rushing water and funneled breezes. It's only when I turn my head that I see him...silently regarding us...judging us.

The silence lingers for a moment as we both simply watch each other. For such an ancient being, he looks quite young... but his eyes reveal his true age. They are wise and have witnessed the rise and fall of many cultures, races, and even species beyond human comprehension.

"You smell of smoke and ash." Those are his first words, his voice stronger and harsher than his appearance suggests. The timber and tone are so jarring coming from such an attractive form.

My mind processes his words...the last encounter with the fire spirit comes to mind.

Apparently, they can sense the others I've been in contact with.

He nods, pulling himself up to his feet.

The first thing I notice is how powerful his legs are—thick and toned. With each movement, you can see the cords of muscles shifting beneath skin the color of rich, freshly dug earth.

"Let us cleanse you, then we can talk."

There is no wait for a response before he turns and begins moving away. There never is, I scoff internally.

In a flash, he begins to descend the slopes, surefooted and steady...despite the liberal way he moves his body.

As I struggle to keep balance and not slide or fall to an early death, he gracefully glides over the rocks. The few times I'm in a position to look up from checking my footing, I find him in the middle of a movement that puts him into an alluring pose.

When we finally reach the bottom of the canyon, I plop ungracefully to moist ground. My muscles are screaming at me, I'm covered in sweat, and I have to work to catch my breath.

I have to look pretty fucking pitiful right now.

When I look up at him, I find that he hasn't broken a sweat and his breathing is steady and light.

Like he hasn't even moved.

He regards me carefully and silently. I'm mostly used to how little the spirits talk by now, but his expression is so intense it makes me wish he'd say something. And then he does...

"Remove your clothes."

I roll my eyes. You have to love the bluntness. While my thoughts are sarcastic, the truth is that I'm all too happy to remove the sweaty mess that my hiking gear has become.

His pensive eyes never leave me as I eagerly strip the soaking clothing from my frame. When I go to remove my drenched underwear, my cock eagerly pops out. His eyes flicker to my groin, and he momentarily raises his eyebrow.

I sigh exasperatedly, "What did you expect? I mean, you should have seen how you looked climbing down here."

"Perhaps it was intentional." He says, his eyes flickering back to mine.

I let out a small gasp at how cold the water is on my feverish skin as I settle into the stream. Physiological reactions happen almost instantly, like shrinkage. I find myself admiring his thick manhood, which hasn't shrunk even a fraction of an inch.

He huffs a small, amused laugh free of derisiveness.

"You get used to it quick enough."

"Please, bathe yourself." It's not worded as a command, but it definitely is one. His tone implies that failure to comply means this encounter is over.

As if demonstrating his request, he begins pouring water over his head and face.

The water running down his body makes it almost shine, a warm hue between freshly tilled earth and dark honey.

I tentatively scoop some water and lightly splash it on my face; the cold liquid makes me shiver even more.
even more.
