It's ok Sweets...I've just destroyed $300 worth the sheets!

Not fit for anything but the dust bin now..oh well, thanks every one for the tips..will have to go and buy some more.

Oh fuck! I was afraid of that.:frown1: Spoiled Princess' advice was the most correct though. I checked my Martha Stewart Stain Removal Guide to be sure.

I have found in the past that even dried nail polish can be picked from a cotton flannel sheet once allowed to dry hard. Don't ask why I was polishing my nails in bed, it's something I 've done since high school.:tongue:

I do that too NJ, it actually makes sense, if I do my nails while I'm up and around I know damn well I'm going to smudge them on something, but it did result in my very favourite quilt cover ending up with bright red nail varnish on it, I just turned it the other way round
