not really a comparison - abortion is a medically necessary procedure whereas body modification is purely cosmetic.

You know, I haven't been on this site all that long, but ShowOff...I like you. :biggrin1:

I will say that these threads, while annoying, provide me with an inordinate amount of amusement. They're like Jurassic Park 2. I'm ashamed to admit it but I love it. And, like circumcision threads, it often shows up when you're just sitting around channel-surfing.

The problem with them is that despite the pro circumcision guys stating we're rabid in our hate of circumcision none of us insist that adults aren't circumcised, we just want men to be able to make their own choice. The pro circumcision adherents main argument for circumcision is 'I am circumcised therefore my kids will be'.
