Erect pumping and cementing gains

    In a nutshell, I've noticed if I pump to a comfortable limit whilst fully erect, I seem to be gaining in girth. It's a little unusual in that the gains "creep" up from the base. I first noticed my base girth expand from less than 5.5" to now 6.25", and the 6.25 number seems to be working it's way up. My mid shaft girth is now about 5.7", and it was 5.5" for the longest time.

    What I've done is, with me fully 100% engorged, I stick it in the tube and pump halfway to a comfortable level. I relax my PC muscle to make sure the valves responsible for pumping blood into my dick isn't closed off. Those muscles seem to be responsible for closing off the flow in both directions, so any negative pressure felt by the penis could induce edema which is not what I'm after.

    Anyway, I then do a number of things simultaneously. I've been doing this a while, so I'm very used to the procedure (and my dick is used to the severe condition I put it through.) I induce a harder erection (visualization, fantasies, porn, etc.) *and* I do a "reverse kegel" (imagine forcing the pee out rather than holding the pee back with a regular kegel) *and* I pump the pressure up to an almost painful level.

    Once it feels like your erection is gone, release the vacuum and rest. Do this until fatigue sets in and you can't achieve another erection. The fatigue, for me anyway, is such that I won't be able to have sex for about 8 hours.

    I want to stress this, DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU'RE UNACCUSTOMED TO PUMPING. I'm also being purposely vague as to the amount of vacuum I'm inducing in the tube. Normal recommended level is around 3-5" HG. If you don't have a gauge, do not even attempt this.

    I owe my routine to the guys at Thunder's. The only reson I'm posting it here is because I've gotten a few questions, so I thought I'd create a thread I could link to in the future.

    funny that you post this.. I just started pumping myself... more out of curiosity than any expectations of permanent gains..

    I also have very little time available to pump... as in not much time at all... I actually only get to pump every other weekend...

    but what I do is lube up and jelq until I'm engorged and start getting an erection.. I then stimulate myself until fully erect and enter the pump... I pump to 5 hg and leave it there while watching porn and doing kegels the entire time for 15 minutes...

    then I release the pressure and jelq again until engorged then stimulate until fully erect, pump again to 5 hg and repeat the kegels for another 15 minutes... I then release the pressure... jelq... and then masturbate to completion...

    I do this again, the same way the next day, then no more pumping for 2 weeks, just jelqing...

    what's shocking is... my girth has increased... maybe not a lot.. I haven't measured.. a very noticeable flaccid girth increase and even an erect girth increase...

    also, there is no edema.. no puffiness.. except for a couple of hours after pumping, then the edema is gone.. so the girth increase is not attributed to edema...

    now my routine is out of necessity.. and the gains have come haphazardly.. I do not know if more frequent pumping would do more harm than good.. I don't know if the extended break of 2 weeks between pumping is what's contributing to my girth gains.. all I know is I will continue this and if in the future I can increase frequency of pumping I will do so to see if there are any differences...

    Indeed - taking a break away from the pump and routine helps to let you "grow" into changes a bit. I have in the past done 2-3 weeks on schedule with regular pumping, and a "normal" jelq-n-stretch routine. Then - take a WEEK OFF. Give your body time to recoup and heal. I find that after a week off, flaccid "hang" and NPLS (non-bone-pressed-length-stretched) has increased a bit. Doing mild stretches and jelqs for the week off *appear* to help cement this before going back to adding the pump into the routine and back to my regular "normal for me" jelq and stretch routine.

    I once took a forced two weeks off, did not have time to touch it at all break - and got what seemed like an 1/8" "free". But this was more likely due merely to the protracted heal-up time and rest. Training can foreshorten you a tad, overtraining will make you loose EQ and you'll experience "turtling" where it wants to hide out of self defense. ;>

    In short:
    Take periodic breaks. PE training in effect is a slow growth due to resetting micro-fractured cells and tissue. Getting too aggressive means *injury*. We do not want to go that far - walk that razor's edge, watch your EQ and "positive indexes" as discussed in Thunder's.

    Thanks for the routine bro. I just picked up a pump a few days ago and so far I'm loving it. I'm pumping daily and longer than you at around 10hg. I have no idea if this will net any permanent gains but I'm hoping it will.

    I gave this method a go 2 days ago (with a condom on, which helps prevent donuts and the other fluid build-up while still allowing for expansion). The results directly after were amazing and I've STILL got some lasting effects today. That's really something since I don't pump too often anymore. I think this method will change that. :) Not only does it keep me more attentive to my gauge - it's just flat out more fun.

    My flaccid's hanging quite full and floppy without any signs of its usual turtling in my 66*F air conditioned home. <3 No problems with my erections, even just a few hours after the session. I think I'll have to work harder to truly fatigue it.

    Glad to hear it's working!! It seems to make the most sense; as your dick fills with blood, it stiffens and as you apply the vaccuum, more blood comes in and stretches exactly where more blood needs to come in to make it bigger.

    Just listen to your body.
