Mark is a like a legacy act. (Legacy acts are singers that were popular in the 90s and only the 90s but can still make a decent living touring with other groups but not really making anything new or interesting.)
Mark is so entrenched in YT that he'll probably always get enough views and sponsors to be comfortable.

But if there is some kind of brand - or agenda (so many do home renovating these days - and now Mark is doing a lot of "lets look at houses on Zillow and talk about design") if there is a brand or a centering thing to get views hundreds of thousands of views... Mark hasn't found it yet.

I spend more time skimming through his videos now then ever. I love Mark but this whole Zillow house thing isn’t it.

I know some of y’all don’t want mark mentioned in here, but I’ve just got to say this real quick:

I’ve noticed mark trying and failing to be more interesting on social media lately. It’s honestly kinda sad. I think mark seems very sweet and boring and he just needs to embrace it.
