That would be a gag BUT I don't think that's the case. If it was just an image with "video is being processed" you'd be able to click the image and expand it

I don’t think it’s an image. If it was we should be able to click it like other images
it really depends. i've had times where i kept the page open and refreshed regularly to see if it had been done processing and it took hours. i think during high traffic hours of the site it might take longer, but it's also dependent on the file size
