Exposing a fake

You know, I really wish that BV would show up and tell us why she/he did that?

- - - - -

And like I said earlier (I think it got missed) -- I am 100% girl and the pics in my gallery are all me.

Two other LPSG members know me -- my bf (who prefers to remain anonymous), and DJG who is a long-time LPSG member who wrote a welcome-to-LPSG thread for me --

Hotmilf's introduction to LPSG thread

Good on you Jason and also don't forget, she may not be a he either.

Thank you and no, I didn't forget so I just split my post between the genders. So much easier to read than an annoying, "he/she," every few sentences.

BurningVenus certainly seemed intelligent and it's a shame that instead of choosing to open lines of communication on this in a sensible manner BV has chosen to deny the pics were stolen. People on here can be very forgiving if someone just says ok I was wrong and these are my reasons. I imagine in some cases that someone initially fakes because they feel that their real self wouldn't be interesting enough or attractive enough to gain any attention, that's bullshit, on the net it's much more important that you have something interesting to say than that you're a hotty. Once they start faking they find themselves feeling part of a community and accepted, so it must of course be next to impossible to admit they faked.

There are loads of people on here I consider fake and its funny that Gillette should mention asking me to confirm opinions as to whether someone is a woman or not because this is a question I'm often asked. If I'm asked this question I'll reply to the best of my ability and to guys who've asked me this I'm often able to give reasons for why I suspect someone is a fake.

However, I'd never come out and accuse someone of being a fake unless I was 100% sure (for instance I knew the site they'd stolen pics from) but I think there should be a sticky where people who are without a doubt fakers (Hannah Banana springs to mind) can be named so that the people who do want to steer clear of fakes have a better chance of doing it. On the net women are outnumbered vastly by men and on sites like this men want to speak to genuine women, their chance of that isn't very high as there aren't enough of us to go around to chat one to one with guys, and I think some men simply choose to suspend disbelief so they can go to bed thinking 'I really rocked that net chicks clit'. :)

On another thread Lex said women close ranks, and that is one of the very strong indicators for me, if I want to protect a woman who's having a rough time subconsciously I accept that she's a woman, I've seen people with female names being hassled and if I don't give a fuck I consider that's because I feel they're male and no sense of 'sisterhood' kicks in. We may bitch at one another, we may disagree, but a sense of solidarity between women is very strong.

Thank god for the real women on this site, you`ve been very kind to me and have showed me alot of love, and kindness. I hope you ladies stay for a while as i`m 100% straight the majority of guys on this site don`t talk to me much unless they`re straight too. It`s a shame that you`d have to be gay for someone to talk to you or be nice to you, there are a few acceptions as i have found a handfull of gay guys who are nice to me, like to chat and aren`t trying to come on to me, i really apreciate them as the few who are nice make up for the rest. Which is kinda sad since we have over 30,000 active members here on lpsg. I guess that just shows me the majorities motives for being here on lpsg. It`s sad but true, most just want to hook up. I see more clearly every day how important it is to find the right click of friends.

SpoildP - I know!!!...There is also one gallery here, where I am "sure" the vagina shown is a fake or a "toy" one found in sex shops. It drives me insane to read the comments!!!!!

- I feel somewhat protective over the guys in here, so feel like slapping them and saying " wise up"

..I guess when they are viewing them , they are doing so with a hard on...and god knows that clouds their judgement :biggrin1:

Osiris - Awww thank you, I am very flattered

Honey
A toy eh... whos is it? link us so we can snoop it out :p

Tell me about it! I'm 44 and still have a part of me that's still in high school, too... sigh... it probably never goes away.

It's such a defining time in our lives. I actually loved high school and would do it again, but everytime I see "Hey, chicken legs" in my years book, I'm right back to feeling like a teenager again when it comes to my body.

The shrink's opening line, when you get on the couch should no longer be "tell me about you mother". It should be "tell me about your school".

wldhoney complaining about her body is like Donald Trump complaining that he doesn't have enough cash in his pockets.

Well you had it better than I did. I was barked at in the halls, and when I went to lunch, I had to sit alone (at least at first), because if I tried to sit at a table with other people, they'd tell me to go away!

The only people in my high school who were kind of friends were unfortunately, always in the other lunch hour from the one I had. Most of them were guys who were gay or thought of as gay - anyone who didn't adhere to strict gender expectations were thought of as gay, and yes, this included me. This is one of the reasons I became as anti-homophobia as I am. So I guess something good came out of it after all.

Well, you haven't seen me all PMS-y, bloated with water weight, my hair sticking up from doing nothing but sleeping, and chocolate smeared on my face as I shuffle to the fridge....again!..... in my I feel fat pajama bottoms........:biggrin1:

It just infuriates me to read what you had to deal with. We had a few of our obnoxious students in my school, but if anyone had done that the teachers would have looked the other way as we pounded them.

I can't imagine how you dealt with it while still becoming such a generous, kind, and lovely person.

I didn`t follow any crowds in high school, so i definatly stood out, i played football just so i could beat the living daylights out of the preps and not have to go to jail for bruising them up. Ha Ha

Oh God, yes, I'm sure you must be absolutely horrible to look at....... Baby, you'd look stunning dressed in a garbage bag so you can stop with the self-deprecation now, it won't work with me. I've seen too many of your hot pics to know that you are an amazing woman to look at.

Thanks!

My teachers sided with the other kids against me! I did get into a fight once with one girl who was tripping me in the halls and had been for several years. Nothing got said to her, but I nearly got suspended from school! One good thing came out of that though - she never bothered me again after that!

I really don't like to dwell on this stuff though. It may not seem that way, but I don't...I'm working on improving the quality of my life.

And...back on topic. The pictures in my gallery are really of me. But I don't do nude pics anyway. Not just because of the body image issues, but I'm really camera shy anyway, plus there's that remote possibility that someone on here actually knows me in real life, other than SensualGoth - the only person on here who I am aware of knowing me in real life.

I just dont understand what the faker gets out of doing it? What's the point? Being admired for something you're clearly not seems utterly pointless to me.
Please, this is not saying that such fakery is excusable, but do look at the amount of deception that is employed in our every day world. People color their hair, shave some or all of it off, augment their bodies in ways they deem attractive, tell "white lies" to advance their careers or to avoid difficulties, pad resumes... Perhaps behavior such as BV's is simply a logical extension of what is deemed acceptable. BV and others have gone over one line too far, perhaps, but similar lines are crossed by nearly all of us every day.
