I myself am only 3.75 when flaccid but close to 7.25 when erect. For me, the end measure is difficult due to a curve upwards. The "inside line"(base to tip along the inside edge> average of inside of curve and outside of curve) for me is ~10" +/- 1. Fully soft and retracted it's 2-3". Does that count as an extreme grower enough?

Note: "Soft" picture in gallery is "warmed up" and "not contracted"- natural lie when it's room temperature.

I'd say my "growth factor" is 3x-5x depending on which values you use.

2.5 inches flaccid, 6.7 inches hard here i like the fact that my penis is very "practical", small and stays out of my way when flaccid, then a good size when hard and "needed". But i have to agree with many others here, having a smaller flaccid one keeps your confidence down when it comes to showing it off publicly (showers, skinny-dipping) and if a girl would feel me up, she would get a wrong impression of what my size really is :-/

2 Tall NH Guys here - one is more of a shower (5" soft, 7.5 x 5.5 hard), but I'm a grower (2" "button" soft, 7.75 x 6.5 hard)
Most growers I know wish they were showers (myself included) but only truly huge showers (7+" soft) say there are limited times when their size is a problem - a condition which I cannot fathom under any circumstance.

I just had a conversation with a nurse and she was making comments about how some guys are hanging half way down their leg. I found out a long time ago that you cannot judge the hard size of a penis by looking at it in its flaccid state. I know a guy that has barely a nub of a flaccid penis that grows to 9" when hard.
