I've faked it from time to time. I think that in every instance it was a drunken one-night-stand, so I wasn't too concerned about the "integrity" aspect. I distinctly remember one girl who was pestering me, "Have you come yet? Why haven't you came? Etc, Etc." She had orgasmed herself, and was now at the point of getting sore. So finally I just faked it, so she would keep quiet. It was also an act of mercy for her, since I knew I was working her over pretty good and she was anxious to stop.
Come to think of it, most of my faking instances follow this similar pattern. Usually the girl wants to stop because she's sore, and I'm lagging due to alcohol/fatigue. Of course, her physical appeal is definately a factor as well.
