The gel stuff is most likely J-lube. It was orignially developed for veterinary medicine (think artifical insemination of livestock). It's a powder you mix with water. 10 ounces apparently makes 6-8 GALLONS of lube! You can get 10 oz. for like $15-$16 give or take.
