I certainly have. Like exw, it's a trick I've enjoyed doing for myself since I was a kid and for girlfriends since I was old enough to have them. Related anecdote: one of my close friends--who has some inkling that I am larger than average but doesn't know the full picture of my actual size--once remarked about seeing Ron Jeremy doing this in a video and being really amazed by it. I just chuckled inside and said somethink like, "yeah, that must be really impressive."
As to the original question, I normally hang at least 7" soft and wear boxers and loose fit pants, so, yes, I jiggle and flop as I go about my daily business. It's an enjoyable sensation when I think about it, but I usually have no real awareness of it since I've had a long, floppy penis my whole life and basically take it for granted.

LOL, I can't do the propeller very well. I'm "hung high" as they say, with nuts that are close to my body, so I hang more out than down even with a 7" softie. The trouble with that is it's really tough not to show when you don't want to. As for flopping around, it's fine if I'm naked, but in almost any kind of pants or swimwear I get way too much friction & usually wind up with a stiffie. Needless to say, I don't go commando very often!

You kind of have to keep it going at a certain speed for it to "spin". It usually will start flopping around.

I think gravity and wieght contribute to it just like womens large breasts. I'm not gigantic, but I do have enough weight that it hangs and bobbles when I walk. Depending what underwear I wear, or if I don't...will be how much bobbling, swaying, or jiggling there is.

Well let me tell you that will sure put a swing in your FRONT PORCH, lol. Somehow walking with your hips thrust forward a bit really makes things swing to and fro. The looks have gotten VERY obvious from men, women, dogs, squirrels, etc., but I guess I just don't care (sort of like women who jog/walk with no bra). Well I am 7x6 soft and so naturally I have a swing. I don't freeball as a matter of policy though. If I do it's on purpose in a certain setting etc. But when I do, yes I am floppin all over the place.
