No offence bud, but you have to be really fucking dumb if you think thats real. I'm in the gym 5 days a week and have been exposed to plenty of bodybuilders and people who are trying to get bulked. No drugs or weight lifting could ever get you that big, that picture is probably a guy who is a bodybuilder who has edited that photo to make himself look huge.

That's that unbridled "more, more, MORE" thing taken WAY over the top. I've likened it before to what happens to the anorexic's self perception: a little weight loss or muscle gain might be attractive, but they lose sight of that and keep going.
I think that when bodybuilding is taken to that extreme, it's evidently become some form of mental disorder.
