After 4 months I'm still pleased with the results from my 3 treatments. I don't plan to have any more treatments at this time but we'll see as we come up on a year next summer. My doctor didn't recommend the P-shot but maybe I'll consider it in the future. None of this is covered by insurance so my approach was to go slow and see what happens.

I don't know how much I gained from what. I had one P-shot and 12 Gainswave treatments. As I've posted earlier, I'm thinking of doing more of each. Next time I'd probably do 3 P-shots and 12 Gainswave. That's what they recommend for maximum size gains. You'll notice a difference in election quality after the first Gainswave.

I think Girth is what you can nearly guarantee the most with the sessions, then EQ, then length.
I think above all else it improves EQ. Discuss your goals with the team where you are going. They will help set up a program that fits your goal. In my case the did specific things to maximize growth. They told me aggressive pumping was key to growth. I suspect if you don't pump as much you won't grow as much but talk it over with the people who will do the procedure on you.
I called a local Dr that does these treatments and he said if growth is not my goal (which it is not-my wife says no thicker) then I should not pump. He said I would improve my EQ, which is my goal, by having an erection 2x per day for 10 minutes each through masturbation or sex and that is all I need to do. I think I’m in now. Thanks to all.
That's the key they push. Getting an erection and maintaining it twice a day for 10 minutes.
Are you going to do it? My question is how can we better document progress from Gainswave on the forum to help others who are thinking of getting it? Because I will do another 3 or maybe 6 treatments and am curious what I can show as to the progress (ie pics, stats, etc)
Yes I am. I’ve researched enough that I am satisfied it is highly likely I will benefit.
A new business is advertising heavily on local radio for this type of procedure. They aren't using the Gainswave name, but it's the same type of equipment. I asked for a cost estimate and was given a price of $3000. Since I honestly don't have a need right now, thankfully, I'll pass on spending this kind of money.

Yeah, and monthly payments too. I'm game to give it a try, but not willing to fork over this much in advance. The biggest road block to someone stepping up and willing pay for this is the lack of word of mouth, positive results from someone we know personally. This forum is the closest thing to a one on one locker room discussion we can have. One of these companies needs to enlist the help from one of us in order to give some needed credit to this procedure.

Your analysis makes good sense. The locker room vibe at LPSG is a help where you can get lots of information or opinions you might not get at a gym. Look for folks who are pleased with a long term benefit.
Most places charge $500 per session but they will negotiate sometimes if you purchase 6 or 12 sessions.
