Frontal nudity is quite frequent in German films and tv-series. Apparently German male actors have no problem with being naked in front of the camera, whereas Scandinavian, British and American actors almost never appear in frontal nude scenes (apart from porn actors), and if they do they use prosthetics. Any idea why?
