Glans Ring experience anyone

Anyont has experience with Glans Ring with a "Sperm Stopper": a small end you put in the urethra ? (Picture attached) How is it during sex ? and Do you wear that during the day ?

I was wondering if it's healthy as well. I heard it's no good to stop ejaculation process.

God I love this forum. So much to learn. Always wondered what those things looked like and what theyre used for- had heard ring mentioned, but knew nothing about it.
I know, I probably should google more of this stuff I dont know about. But its funner learning it this way-
