I always go commando when I can but I'm with maxcok I'm very heavy and low slung balls so can't do it all the time, need some support. Would welcome advice as to what underwear heavy hanging guys like me prefer.

Why isn't it good for us? Man, like all mamals, was born without underwear. Only man feels a need to support his balls. The more that you support them the more that they need the support. Mine are quite large and hang low. They have been unsupported for decades, without problem. I lead an active lifestyle and have run down mountains and jumped from big rocks many times, never had any problems. The big benefits are lack of sweat, itch and smell, all due to feeling the breeze.

Personally, I find commando and boxers uncomfortable. More because my nuts (low hangers) get twisted, and shifted into uncomfortable positions. Conversely, while briefs give my nuts the support I like, my dick gets too constrained in the small space. So mostly its just boxer briefs.
However, unzipping another guy and finding him commando is very hot.
