Growing your butt with exercise+diet+steroids as a dude is far more doable than as a woman, imho. This guy is already a bodybuilder that admits to using steroids, and he's really lower-body dominant (his legs are huge). Of course he could have had some sort of buttlift given how it looks less lean than the rest of his body, but it's also not crazy to think that he gained muscle mass there and it's one of the areas where the fat last burns off in his body (I know it also is for me, for instance).
