For me for there's nothing hotter than a guy naked and hard in a pair of black socks - I even throw wood when seeing guys in black socks on the train when paired with a suit.

Especially like regular white sports socks and any plain colours are sexy too.
(knee length, football and trainer socks don't have the same impact for me)
