luvs2runfl: I just had to put a note on this discussion due to the topic of zinc.
A few months back, i thought I might be low in my zinc levels, so I went ahead a but a natural supplement. I went to see the doctor a few weeks later and he decided to run the normal blood checks. And he came back into the office in a panic about how high my zinc levels were. Apparently, if they get to high, you start to develop calcium deposits in your bones. And that is a very painfull, horrible thing to go through.
So mostly I am recomending if you do take zinc supplements, to check with your doctor first.
There are other things you can do to help ejaculation. There is L-Arginine, which is an amino acid supplement that you can take 500mg daily if meat eater, and 1000mg daily if vegetarian. Also can take Vitamin E supplements, but also check with your doctor on your specific amounts to intake. Please be cautious on the use of Yohimbe, it can have very bad side effects on your other internal organs. Male supplements are ok, but preferebly you want to find whole food, or natural vitamins. Usually you can find in any Whole Foods, or Wild Oats market (avoid gnc products or others like it, its all synthicated vitamins and protiens, which will pass through your system too quickly to be absorbed). I always recomend kegals, but also, stress can play a big factor. Finding ways to relax, and meditate will make orgasm more intense. And also one last disclaimer, high intake of caffiene, ciggertes, alcohol, refined foods, and fast foods, will seriously effect your sexual performance. All of those products act as a "blocker", in the production of sperm, and other bodily fluids. Also narrows the urethra and restricts blood flow affecting ejaculation.
Ok I hope this may help, I'm not trying to come off as any type of expert, but I have extensive medical education, and just dont

want to see any one get hurt.
