Hi. I have been trying so many times with different programs (Insanity, P90X) but all of them seem so intense for me. I am not fat, but not fit. I want to have a fitter body and to walk around with confidence.
I want to have nice booty, fine arms, smth good back, v-cut (if possible), nice chest (doesnt have to be with 6 pack).
I have regural 9-5 work. Can you build me some routine or workout schedule?
I will be so glad if you help me!
Thanks in advance to all LPSG members

It's difficult to create a routine without having the foggiest notion of what you look like. Besides, a proper routine requires analysis that you should probably be paying for, if you want a routine that is effective.
will a body pic do the job ahaha?

100% agree. I’ll add that HIIT programs like P90X and insanity are probably better for shedding fat than building muscle. A good start would be to design a program around barbell compound movements like deadlifts, squats, bench press, overhead press, barbell rows, and barbell hip thrusts. Add chin-ups, chest dips, and curls you'd have most of the body parts covered. Do the exercises above in the 6-12 rep range for 6 months, leaving at least one day between workouts, and you'll see some good results.

As @DSF140 points out though you should probably be paying for a trainer at least initially because these compound movements, while very effective, require proper form to avoid injury.

So, you want a body that will require some intensity and dedication to build...
But, P90X and a 40 hour workweek are too much for you to handle...
With that mindset, I don't hold out much hope for you reaching your goals.
It sounds really cliche...
But, if it was easy, everybody would be in crazy good shape.
It takes a lot of effort.
The quick fix programs are mostly gimmicks to sell you stuff.
And there is no "one size fits all" training/diet regimen.
You work 40 hours a week & don't want to do P90X in your living room.
I work 60+ hours a week & hit the gym six days a week.
How bad do you want it?
Significant results require significant effort.
Not trying to dump all over you.
I want you to succeed.
But, you need to be realistic in what is required.

Gotta give us stats, pics, whats your workout experience etc

Cant bulk n cut at the same time. gotta have a clear goal.Put on 15lbs of muscle with a lil water/fat weight, then take a few months to shed the extra. If you want bigger arms it generally takes a 10-15lb muscle gain per 1-inch of added arm size. So many guys sabotage themselves by trying to do 2-3 diff things at once.
