There are still some negative reviews but it's got a lot of positive ones too:
Zack Snyder's Justice League: A 'vindication' of director's vision, say critics - BBC News

And at 76%, it currently sits higher than any other Snyder directed movie:
Zack Snyder

Only ones that he produced like Wonder Woman sit higher. I forgot Aquman's RT score wasn't so high considering it made a billion worldwide. But critics also hated Sony's Venom and that still made a ton of money too.

Also Metacritic likes the Snyder Cut better than the Whedon one, so there's that too:

Metacritic tends to take a harsher look at the critics consensus.

Hopefully hboMax servers will be beefed up for the day. Is there another platform in case?

Which one is better: Rotten Tomatoes or Metacritic?

Metacritic you basically have to be a proper accredited critic with a major newspaper or magazine publication or a very large commercial digital publication. Rotten Tomatoes is for essentially everyone from TV critics to YouTubers to anyone with a blog who gets decent numbers - therefore skews more favoritism towards fanboy projects.

There's little question though, it's a big improvement over the theatrical cut.

Audience scores on these are mostly useless, they've been shown to be easily swayed by some Reddit threads or idiots who know how to program bots in the past such as with "Captain Marvel". Rotten Tomatoes says they have more oversight over them now but I'd be suspicious of that claim.
