It's just the sound of bodies slamming against each other while having sex. If they do multiple takes, that's probably all they're doing ... and I could imagine that being "uncomfortable" as he says.

Also what is he saying to that lady when she asks what he mean.

At one point he says "stop it, both of you" while he's wagging his finger, then he says something that I believe ends with "man of steel".
