Practice "Edging" when you masturbate....learn from how it feels when you get to that point before having an orgasm....and then
back-off.
Use the same procedure when you are having sex.

keep maaterbating. before you reach orgasm, stop, wait a min or two and then start again. do this several time and you'll know when its time to finish because you can stop.
