Can anybody help me with some workouts to do at home?? I have 2 25lb dumbbells and some resistance bands ready to go!

im mainly looking for some workouts mainly for my abs and booty. I work out my legs and arms pretty consistently

so yeah anybody got any ab and booty workouts? Drop them here please!!!

You could always do that about exercise (forget what it's called) wer you are sitting on the floor with legs raised, back and legs forming a V shape and while holding that you move your 25# DB left and right.
This is usually done with a medicine ball, but I have done it with a DB.

For your ass, walking lunges with a 25# DB in each hand or side lunges while holding the DB like a goblet, or like goblet squats.
